This U.S. Privacy Notice (“Notice”) applies to personal information collected by FOOD & LIFE COMPANIES LTD. and its affiliated companies operating restaurants and related services in the United States, including through their U.S.-based restaurant operations and affiliated entities (collectively, “FOOD & LIFE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).


This Notice supplements the FOOD & LIFE COMPANIES LTD. Privacy Policy (https://food-and-life.co.jp/en/privacy-policy/) (the “Global Policy”) and applies to U.S. restaurant operations, including but not limited to current and planned restaurant operations in New York and Massachusetts, U.S. affiliated entities, websites, mobile features, reservation systems, promotional activities, in-store games and entertainment features, loyalty or membership programs, and related services (the “U.S. Operations”). Where this Notice conflicts with the Global Policy, the Notice controls for U.S. Operations.


This Notice explains:

  • what personal information we collect;

  • how we use and share personal information;

  • your choices and rights regarding personal information; and

  • additional information required under certain U.S. state privacy laws, including California law.
